bed, bedroom 2 has 2 singles and bedroom 3 currently has 1 single but may be changed to bunks. The Master Bedroom and
Bedroom 2 both have windows looking out to sea (see pictures on this page for the view from these windows - just
imagine waking up to this view in the morning!). There is also a sea facing terrace with table and chairs to while away the
time, taking in the view or eating al fresco as desired or just admiringthe view.
There is a communal pool adjacent to the apartments.
The property is very close to the thriving Marina and fish can be bought direct from the marina in
the mornings. There is a supermarket within walking distance and indeed the main town area of Guardamar is a pleasant walk
away. The beach is approx 1,000 metres from the Aaprtment and is reached via a pleasant walk thorugh the small forested area
as seen on the sea view photo. There are numerous walkways within the forest area. The beach then stretches away into Guardamar
town and beyond.
